    A solar installation does not end at commissioning.

    Once the system is commissioned, ReneWave stays the technical contact for the site: qualifying anomalies, carrying manufacturer warranty files, and intervening when the situation relates to our installation work.

    § GOOD-EXECUTION WARRANTY

    24 months on our installation work.

    For twenty-four months from commissioning, ReneWave remains responsible for the execution quality of its installation work — wiring, connection, mounting, initial parameterisation and on-site execution. Where a fault relates directly to our intervention, we carry the correction.

    § EQUIPMENT WARRANTIES

    The manufacturer file is taken in hand.

    Modules, inverters, batteries, structures and protections carry warranties granted by their own manufacturers. When a claim applies, ReneWave prepares the diagnosis and the supporting elements, handles the exchanges with the manufacturer or its representative, and follows the file through to the decision.

    § QUALIFICATION FIRST

    We qualify before we travel.

    Every request is qualified remotely first — photos, error code, time of onset, system state, changes since installation. That is what allows a site visit to arrive with the right tools, the right priority and a shorter path to resolution.

    Protecting the cover

    Inverter settings, firmware and load profiles stay under ReneWave agreement, enclosures stay closed, and any anomaly is reported as soon as it is noticed. Those three reflexes keep the diagnosis defensible.

    § 04 — FAQ

    Straight answers.

    The five questions operators ask before the first visit.

    The first exchange and the triage of your documents cost nothing. The paid step is the engineering deliverable itself — the Solar Study or the general technical audit — and its scope and price are confirmed in writing before any work begins.

    It is graded and listed with the corrective work it needs. You are not required to bring the whole site up to standard at once: coverage activates on the perimeter that has been received, and the remaining phases run in parallel on an agreed sequence.

    Yes. The audit exists precisely for that. Any equipment inside the six covered families can enter the perimeter once its condition is established and any corrective work is agreed.

    Requests are received 24/7. Under ReneWcare Max, a qualified critical fault carries a 4h target in working hours and 8h outside them, and a medium-priority fault a 24h target. For solar sites, we qualify remotely first so that a site visit arrives prepared.

    Labour and travel on covered equipment are inside the annual fee. Physical parts, upgrade work and separate studies are not — they are sourced and quoted transparently, so the annual fee never hides a variable cost.
