    Two ways to engage ReneWave

Solar projects, installation, maintenance, ReneWcare and technical services remain quote-based. A form, call, email, WhatsApp message or quote basket starts a review only; it does not reserve stock, form a contract or create a payment obligation.

A store product is sold directly online only when the product and checkout expressly show a final MAD price including applicable taxes, stock status, delivery charge and deadline, withdrawal information, warranty information and a payment action. The direct product order is formed after stock verification, successful payment and electronic order confirmation.

Until paid checkout is expressly activated, every store basket remains a quote request and no online payment is taken.

    1. 01

      Quote-based service

The client submits the need; ReneWave reviews it and sends a quote or contract for separate acceptance.

    2. 02

      Direct store sale

Where enabled, checkout displays the final order information and the policies that must be accepted before payment.

    3. 03

      Confirmation

ReneWave sends a durable written confirmation showing the accepted order, price, delivery, withdrawal and warranty information.

    4. 04

      Execution

Procurement, delivery, installation or service begins according to the applicable accepted route.

    02

    Products and services are separate

Selling a piece of equipment does not automatically include the study, installation, commissioning, configuration, wiring, monitoring, delivery, out-of-warranty support or maintenance.

Each commercial document must state what is included, excluded, optional, subject to a visit, subject to availability or billed separately.

    ReneWave

    • Clarify the scope included in the quote or contract.
    • Flag known technical reservations before acceptance where possible.
    • Decline a configuration that presents a known risk or incompatibility.

    Client

    • Read the scope, exclusions and options before acceptance.
    • Provide accurate, up-to-date site information.
    • Request in writing any service not mentioned in the quote.
    03

    Equipment software and licences

Embedded software, firmware and monitoring applications may be licensed rather than sold. Any applicable licence, account requirement, subscription cost or activation restriction is disclosed with the offer before acceptance. Buying equipment does not transfer ownership of third-party software or intellectual property.

Use the software within the supplied licence and applicable law. Do not reproduce, redistribute, sublicense or modify it beyond those permissions. Restrictions on reverse engineering apply only to the extent permitted by law. These conditions do not prevent lawful use, mandatory remedies or rights that cannot be excluded.

    04

Buying equipment only, without ReneWave installation

Buying equipment on its own is simple and perfectly legitimate: you can order a product through the store or a product quote, without having ReneWave install it. To avoid any surprise, here is exactly what this purchase includes — and what it does not.

Equipment sold on its own benefits from the mandatory legal rights applicable to the sale and, where offered, the manufacturer’s commercial warranty. It does not include the ReneWave Workmanship Warranty, which covers installation work carried out by ReneWave.

    Included with equipment only

    • The product ordered and confirmed, matching its specification.
    • The mandatory legal warranty rights applicable to ReneWave as seller.
    • The manufacturer’s warranty applicable to the product, under its own conditions.
    • The warranty-concierge service to open a manufacturer claim if needed.
    • Product-specific warranty documents and the required information on essential spare-parts availability before acceptance of the purchase.

    Not included without ReneWave installation

    • A complete system sizing study or site-wide compatibility assessment, unless expressly included. ReneWave remains responsible for the product specifications and advice it actually supplies.
    • Wiring, configuration, commissioning and monitoring.
    • Workmanship Warranty and installation support.

    Limits and exclusions

    • An installation carried out by the client or a third party, which ReneWave has neither supervised nor accepted.
    • The compatibility of a product with an installation, roof or grid that ReneWave has not checked.
    • Production, savings or yield expected from a system assembled outside ReneWave.
    • Damage actually caused by incorrect installation or configuration, assessed under the applicable warranty and mandatory law; third-party installation alone does not cancel every right.
    05

Price, advance payment, availability and substitution

A quote-based purchase uses the MAD price, applicable taxes and delivery costs stated in the accepted quote, invoice or purchase order. A direct store order uses the final MAD price including applicable taxes and mandatory charges displayed immediately before payment.

ReneWave does not increase the price of a confirmed direct store order unilaterally. If an obvious catalogue error is identified before payment, the page is corrected before the client decides. If an error is discovered after payment and performance cannot lawfully continue, ReneWave contacts the client and offers the legally appropriate solution, including a prompt refund where required.

If equipment becomes unavailable, ReneWave informs the client. An equivalent substitute is supplied only where that possibility was disclosed before the order and the client’s mandatory rights, including any applicable return costs, are respected. Otherwise, the unavailable order is refunded within the applicable deadline.

An advance payment may let ReneWave start the studies, reservations, orders, preparations or costs tied to the project. Its legal classification and cancellation consequences are stated in the accepted document. Any deduction remains limited to what that document and applicable law allow.

    06

    Payment, late payment and suspension

Payment methods and instalments are stated in the applicable quote or contract. The current store submits unpaid quote requests, not confirmed paid orders. ReneWave does not collect payment-card details through these forms.

If an agreed instalment is overdue, ReneWave may pause procurement, delivery or non-urgent work after informing the client. This does not permit ReneWave to withhold mandatory safety information, a statutory invoice, a valid withdrawal route or the handling of mandatory legal warranty rights.

Work resumes when the payment position is regularised or the parties agree another written solution, subject to updated stock and scheduling.

    07

    Performance, production and savings

Solar studies, simulations, savings scenarios, returns on investment, battery autonomy or production estimates rest on assumptions: weather, shading, temperature, dust, consumption profile, tariffs, grid condition, maintenance, real usage and equipment availability.

Production, savings, ROI or payback studies are indicative unless a specific written commitment in the quote, contract or accepted document says otherwise.

    Example

The client’s actual consumption increases after installation.

The original sizing does not become faulty if the data provided at the time of the study was different.

    Example

A year is less sunny, or the panels are heavily soiled.

The production gap is down to operating conditions, except for a proven technical defect within ReneWave’s scope.

    08

Changes, hidden constraints and responsible refusal

Any change requested by the client after acceptance may affect the price, the timeline, procurement, the configuration or the applicable warranties.

If ReneWave discovers a constraint that was not visible or not disclosed — in particular a fragile roof, a waterproofing defect, insufficient earthing, a non-compliant electrical panel, impossible access or insufficient safety — ReneWave may suspend the part concerned and propose an adaptation in writing.

ReneWave may decline a sale, installation or intervention where carrying it out would be technically inconsistent, dangerous, non-compliant or incompatible with the available information.

    09

    Liability and force majeure

ReneWave remains responsible for performing its obligations within the accepted scope and for the mandatory remedies that apply to a consumer. No public clause excludes liability where exclusion is prohibited by law.

For professional clients, a separately negotiated contract may allocate proven direct and indirect business losses within the limits of Moroccan law. A consumer’s statutory remedies are not reduced by that B2B allocation.

Force majeure is limited to an event meeting the applicable Moroccan legal test. An ordinary stock or procurement delay is not automatically force majeure; it is handled through the delivery, unavailability and refund rules. Safety conditions, severe weather, administrative restrictions or grid incidents may justify a documented pause when they genuinely prevent responsible performance.

    10

    Consumer clients and professional clients

Where the client acts as a consumer, the mandatory provisions of Law 31-08 (consumer protection) apply where relevant, in particular pre-contractual information, certain distance-selling rules and protection against unfair terms.

Where the client acts as a professional — in particular for ReneWcare Max, audit, maintenance or operating an establishment — separate B2B conditions may apply and prevail over these public conditions.

    11

    Amicable resolution first

If there is a disagreement, ReneWave always favours a quick, amicable solution: a direct conversation, a clear diagnosis and a written reply to any complaint. Most situations are settled at this stage.

This public framework is governed by Moroccan law. A consumer may bring a dispute before any court made competent by mandatory consumer rules, including the choices granted by Article 202 of Law 31-08. A separate B2B contract may contain a negotiated Fes jurisdiction clause.

These pages set out ReneWave’s public rules. For a specific case, the handling depends on the quote, contract, invoice, diagnosis, available evidence and applicable law.
