ReneWave uses evidence to answer a practical question: what should be done, what should it cost, and what has to be verified before the customer accepts the result? Each stage leaves information the next stage can use.
ReneWave is founded and technically led by two State Engineers in Energy Systems and Renewable Energy. Projects are engineer-led and technically reviewed from intake through delivery.
The objective guides the evidence, the evidence guides the scope, and verification connects the approved scope to the delivered work. Each stage leaves an output the next stage can use.
01
Project need
Define the operating need
Name the result the customer needs: lower energy cost, reliable backup, safer equipment, fewer recurring faults or a maintainable site.
What remains in the record
Project objective, constraints and success criteria
02
Evidence
Gather the available evidence
Collect the bills, schedules, plans, equipment records, site conditions and measurements available, then state what is still missing.
What remains in the record
Evidence register with stated data gaps
03
Analysis
Analyze the options and condition
Model Solar options against demand and site constraints, or classify ReneWcare equipment against condition and risk. The analysis narrows the responsible choices.
What remains in the record
Solar scenario or equipment condition grades (A/B/C/D)
04
Scope
Agree the scope
Turn the analysis into equipment, architecture, protections, priorities, boundaries, deliverables and assumptions the customer can review.
What remains in the record
Approved technical and commercial scope
05
Delivery
Deliver and verify
Check procurement, installation, configuration, testing and field changes against what was approved before responsibility passes to the operator.
What remains in the record
Commissioning, intervention or handover record
06
Next decision
Keep the operating record current
Preserve settings, findings, changes, interventions and open actions so a new operator or technician can understand the site before acting.
What remains in the record
Current project or maintenance site file
§ 02 — Two services, one method
The method changes with the job to be done.

§ ReneWave Solar
The study guides what ReneWave installs and commissions.
The paid study is prepared remotely before the installation quote. After quote acceptance and the deposit, the customer receives the complete study file and the site visit confirms installation details. ReneWave carries the approved design through delivery.

The audit defines what ReneWcare can responsibly maintain.
The Technical Audit records equipment and its A/B/C/D condition grades. The grades guide coverage and required corrections. Preventive work and intervention history stay connected in the private digital maintenance record (CMMS).
An indicative price, an equipment order, a handover and maintenance coverage do not require the same proof. Each gate states what must be settled before ReneWave and the customer move forward.
01
Decision gate
Before indicative price
The site, objective, evidence quality and likely scope are understood well enough to explain the assumptions behind a planning range.
Preliminary direction, missing inputs and indicative range
02
Decision gate
Before equipment is ordered
Architecture, quantities, protections, equipment selections, approved alternatives and commercial boundaries are accepted in writing.
Solar Study, approved architecture and bill of materials
03
Decision gate
Before handover
Installed equipment, settings, protections, tests, monitoring access and every accepted departure from the study are verified.
Commissioning results and as-built operating record
04
Decision gate
Before maintenance coverage
The A/B/C/D equipment condition grades, urgent corrections, access constraints and assets eligible for coverage are documented. The grades distinguish equipment ready for coverage from equipment requiring correction first.
Technical Audit baseline, correction list and coverage boundary
§ 04 — From evidence to handover
The method connects evidence, decisions and delivery.
Every project starts with the operating need and the information available. The method connects that evidence to technical choices, verification and the record used to operate and maintain the system.
01
Operating objective
Define the required result, priorities and constraints that must guide the work.
02
Site evidence
Gather available records, operating information and site observations. Identify missing information and assumptions that need verification.
03
Technical decision
Compare the relevant options and define the equipment, protections, responsibilities and scope from the available evidence.
04
Delivery checks
Check the delivered work against the approved scope. Record test results, accepted changes and any actions still open.
05
Operating file
Hand over verified system information, settings, operating instructions and open actions so future operation and maintenance can start from a known record.
§ 05 — Document ledger
The work leaves a usable record.
Each document answers a later question: why was this chosen, what was installed, what condition was found, and what still requires action?
§ ReneWave Solar
Solar project file
01
01
Evidence register
Shows which bills, planned loads, schedules and site records support the study, and which gaps still affect confidence.
02
ReneWave Solar Study
Explains the recommended capacity, architecture, production scenarios, assumptions and limits before equipment is ordered.
03
Protection and equipment schedule
Lets the customer and site team check equipment, approved substitutions, cabling and protective devices against the study.
04
Commissioning record
Confirms tests, final settings, monitoring access and the as-built information needed to operate and support the system.
§ ReneWcare Max
Maintenance site file
02
01
Equipment inventory
Gives operators and technicians one reference for what exists, where it is and which records or access points are missing.
02
Condition grades (A/B/C/D)
Shows what can enter coverage, what needs improvement and what remains outside fixed coverage until corrected.
03
Action register
Keeps urgent findings, phased upgrades, responsibility, priority and current status visible during budget and handover discussions.
04
Maintenance history
Helps the next diagnosis start with previous symptoms, visits, parts, warranty support and unresolved actions already known.
Next step
Start with the evidence your site already has.
Both journeys accept partial records and identify missing information. Solar starts with a remote study and written installation quote; ReneWcare starts with a Technical Audit to establish the maintenance baseline.
