Timelines and availability
Before a direct store payment, checkout must show the stock position, delivery charge and written delivery deadline. Unless another deadline is agreed, a distance order is executed within the maximum period required by Law 31-08.
For a consumer contract above the applicable legal threshold where delivery or execution is not immediate, the accepted contract, invoice, receipt or confirmation states the latest date to which ReneWave commits.
Quote-stage dates remain estimates until stock, transport, city, access, payment and technical validation are confirmed in writing. If a confirmed product becomes unavailable, ReneWave informs the client and applies the substitution or refund rules rather than treating ordinary unavailability as force majeure.
For distance sales, unless another period is agreed, the order is executed within thirty days after ReneWave confirms receipt of the order. If a confirmed item is unavailable, the consumer is informed and any required refund is made without delay and no later than fifteen days after payment.
Receiving delivered products
The client must inspect the apparent condition of the parcels, references, quantities and accessories at the time of delivery or as soon as possible after receipt.
Visible damage, a missing parcel, a reference mismatch or transport damage should be reported promptly in writing with photos, the delivery note and precise reservations so ReneWave can preserve transport remedies.
A missing or late reservation does not by itself waive a mandatory right relating to a hidden defect, non-conformity, legal warranty or valid distance-sale withdrawal.
- Photos of the parcel before opening where the packaging is damaged.
- Photos of the label, serial number or product reference.
- Delivery note or proof of receipt.
- A short description of the damage, missing quantity or anomaly found.
Site preparation and access
The client must ensure reasonably safe access to the work areas: roof, technical room, electrical panel, cable routes, storage areas and connection points.
Before the intervention, the client must flag any known constraint: fragile roof, sensitive waterproofing, presence of heritage features, difficult access, missing earthing, neighbour constraints, animals, prohibited hours or occupied areas.
ReneWave
- Plan the intervention per the confirmed scope.
- Flag the information needed to prepare the site.
- Postpone or adapt the work if conditions create a reasonable risk.
Client
- Give access to the necessary areas on the planned day.
- Provide a dry, secure storage area if needed.
- Inform ReneWave of known risks, restrictions and constraints.
Hidden or undisclosed constraints
An installation can reveal constraints that were not visible during preparation: fragile roof, waterproofing defect, degraded existing cabling, missing electrical protections, uncertain structure, impossible routing or dangerous access.
Where these constraints prevent responsible execution, ReneWave may suspend the part concerned, document the situation and propose an adaptation, an additional quote or new scheduling.
Example
The electrical panel is older or more degraded than the photos provided.
ReneWave may require an upgrade or exclude certain connections from the original scope.
Example
The roof cannot be reached safely without specific access equipment.
The intervention may be postponed and the necessary access equipment may be billed separately.
Acceptance, reservations and commissioning
The acceptance of an installation must make it possible to tell apart a real defect, a minor reservation, an additional request, a site constraint or a usage question.
Describe any reservation as clearly as possible, preferably in writing. Photos or other useful information help when safely available; you do not need to diagnose the technical cause yourself. Using the system does not by itself waive a valid reservation, hidden-defect claim or mandatory right.
Signing a delivery note, commissioning record or acceptance document confirms the apparent position recorded at that time. It does not remove mandatory rights relating to hidden defects, legal warranties or defects that could not reasonably be identified at handover.
Documentation and site photos
ReneWave may document the initial condition, the work areas, the equipment fitted, the serial numbers, the reservations and the corrections through photos or reports.
These records serve traceability, safety, the Workmanship Warranty, manufacturer files and the resolution of any disputes.
