    Technical Audit.

Six disciplines, one site visit, one written report. The audit grades each system A to D, lists what is missing in the documentation, and prioritizes what should be corrected before anything else is decided.

    § What is included

    Everything in the engagement.

    § Inspection

    • Electrical distribution and protection
    • Power quality review where relevant
    • HVAC and refrigeration equipment
    • Plumbing, pumps, and boilers
    • Solar and energy systems

    § Engineering

    • Condition grades A through D per system
    • Risk and priority list
    • Energy-efficiency opportunities flagged
    • Upgrade roadmap with sequencing

    § Documentation

    • System inventory with photos
    • Documentation gap assessment
    • Equipment register baseline
    • Maintenance readiness summary
    § What you receive

    Documents and artifacts.

    • Initial condition report (PDF)
    • Graded system inventory A–D
    • Risk and priority list
    • Energy-efficiency opportunity log
    • Upgrade roadmap with phasing
    • Documentation gap list
    § Scope & assumptions

    Honest boundaries.

    Site visit
One to two visits depending on site size and number of technical zones.
    Power quality
Included where measurement is justified by symptoms or load profile.
    Deliverable
Written report and grading table — not a corrective work quote.
    Corrective work
Quoted separately after the audit, if requested.
    Coverage
Morocco — most major regions; remote sites priced case by case.
    Audit framing
A technical condition audit. Not a regulated AMEE energy audit unless explicitly contracted.
    § FAQ

    Straight answers.

No. This is a technical condition audit of building and energy systems. A separate energy-efficiency module can be added when consumption reduction is the objective.

It can identify efficiency opportunities, but actual savings depend on the site, operating behavior, corrective actions, tariffs, and implementation.

Yes — the audit is the natural foundation for ReneWcare Max, where maintenance scope is built from the actual findings instead of guessed.

It is graded D and excluded from any maintenance scope until corrective work is agreed. The roadmap states what is needed.

Yes. Multimeters, clamp meters, thermal imaging, and power-quality analysers where the engagement justifies them.
