    Two engagements, two commitment sets. Below is what ReneWave carries after the signature — and what stays quoted on its own line.

    § ANNUAL MAINTENANCE

    We qualify the site before we maintain it.

    ReneWcare Max is the annual technical maintenance engagement for hotels, riads, guest houses, restaurants, clinics, offices, retail and tertiary buildings. The audit establishes the real condition of the site; coverage is built on that record.

    § ENTRY INTO COVERAGE

    Audit, technical upgrade, activation.

    The general technical audit grades the equipment and defines the maintainable perimeter. Critical points are corrected before full coverage opens — in one pass or in phases. You are not required to bring the whole site up to standard on day one: once an agreed minimum is reached and received, maintenance takes effect while the later phases run in parallel.

    § WARRANTY CONCIERGE

    You do not chase manufacturers.

    When a component falls under a manufacturer warranty, ReneWave diagnoses the fault, prepares the claim, handles the exchanges with the brand or its representative and coordinates the return to service once the claim is accepted.

    § TRACEABILITY

    Everything is measured, everything is visible.

    Every piece of equipment on the site is registered in our maintenance management system. Every intervention is logged with dated before and after photos, and you receive a quarterly equipment condition report. That discipline is what allows decisions based on evidence rather than conjecture.

    If the equipment falls within the categories covered by your audit — or joins them after upgrade — it is handled under the terms of the engagement, without a labour cap.

    Zellige, carved plaster, worked cedar, tadelakt, bejmat, painted ceilings. Any intervention liable to affect these elements is subject to a joint condition statement and prior written authorisation. Your heritage is not collateral damage.

    § 04 — FAQ

    Straight answers.

    The five questions operators ask before the first visit.

    The first exchange and the triage of your documents cost nothing. The paid step is the engineering deliverable itself — the Solar Study or the general technical audit — and its scope and price are confirmed in writing before any work begins.

    It is graded and listed with the corrective work it needs. You are not required to bring the whole site up to standard at once: coverage activates on the perimeter that has been received, and the remaining phases run in parallel on an agreed sequence.

    Yes. The audit exists precisely for that. Any equipment inside the six covered families can enter the perimeter once its condition is established and any corrective work is agreed.

    Requests are received 24/7. Under ReneWcare Max, a qualified critical fault carries a 4h target in working hours and 8h outside them, and a medium-priority fault a 24h target. For solar sites, we qualify remotely first so that a site visit arrives prepared.

    Labour and travel on covered equipment are inside the annual fee. Physical parts, upgrade work and separate studies are not — they are sourced and quoted transparently, so the annual fee never hides a variable cost.
