ReneWave perspective · Pumping & motor control

    VEICHI

VEICHI combines motor-control electronics with pumping products. Our current selection is its complete submersible borehole pumps, not a generic claim that every motor can connect directly to solar panels.

    01 / Who they are

Motor control, with roots in 2005.

VEICHI began in Shenzhen in 2005 with frequency inverters for industrial motor control. Suzhou VEICHI was established in 2013, and its own chronology records the SI30 solar-pump inverter launch in 2017. That solar equipment adapts motor-drive expertise to PV-powered water pumping. The current offer also includes complete pump assemblies, storage inverters and control equipment. A pump assembly and the controller powering it remain separate products, with hydraulic selection depending on head, flow and the actual source of water.

Manufacturing origin belongs to the delivered unit and its label, not simply the company address.

    Business development and revenue

VEICHI’s annual releases show an expanding industrial automation business, with drives and servo/control systems making up most revenue. Digital energy is a smaller, separately described activity. The wider company’s growth therefore should not be presented as solar-pump revenue. The 2025 report also records the start of operations at its Suzhou digital factory.

VEICHI consolidated revenue includes industrial automation. 2024 is converted from CNY at the annual-average rate; 2025 uses the manufacturer’s published USD equivalent. EUR and CNY amounts are converted using Federal Reserve annual-average rates; rounding and exchange rates affect comparisons.

    Business milestones

    1. Industrial frequency inverters

The first generation controls industrial motors. This is the company’s original drive activity, not yet the SI30 solar-pumping product.

    2. SI30 adds solar pumping

The solar-pump inverter launch connects PV generation with variable motor operation. Selecting the pump still requires its head/flow curve and the controller’s electrical limits.

    3. The digital factory enters operation

The annual report records Suzhou factory operations and a wider green-energy offer. Drives remain the dominant business, separate from the listed pump assemblies.

    02 / Technology

    Selected technology advances

Selected developments in the brand’s specialty, not a complete history or catalog.

Understand the differences between the relevant families. Broader manufacturer offerings and the products ReneWave lists are kept separate below.

    4VSA

    4-inch AC pump assembly

A complete four-inch submersible pump and motor family in our catalog. The selected configuration determines its hydraulic curve. In the 50 Hz table, 4VSA6/27 at 3 kW gives 125 m head at 6 m³/h, versus 194 m at zero flow. The zero-flow maximum is not the pumping duty. A separate matched solar drive supplies the 380–415 V three-phase AC motor.

The diameter describes physical fit, not a guaranteed flow.

Read the exact pump curve and motor supply.

    4VSP

    4-inch alternative series

Another four-inch pump family, with its own hydraulic configurations. It is not automatically equivalent to a 4VSA of similar motor power. The 1.5 kW 4VSP3/25 table gives 108 m at 3 m³/h; its 155 m shut-off head cannot be paired with that flow. Stage count changes the curve and assembly length, so a four-inch borehole label is only one part of selection.

Family identity keeps hydraulic behavior separate.

Power alone cannot establish pump suitability.

    6VSP

    6-inch AC pump assembly

A larger bore-format family with model-specific stages and duty curves. The 7.5 kW 6VSP30/8 example gives 61 m head at 30 m³/h in the same 50 Hz table. This six-inch branch prioritises a different flow range from the smaller pumps; more motor power does not guarantee more head at every flow.

A larger body is a format choice, not a universal upgrade.

Maximum figures are endpoints, not one simultaneous operating point.

    Key terms

Short definitions for the names used in this guide.

    H / Q
Head and flow describe the pump’s operating curve. Motor watts describe input power, not water delivered at every depth.

A solar-pumping system includes distinct power-conversion and pumping roles.

03 / What stands behind the brand

    Best Value

What supports our Best Value positioning.

A motor-control manufacturer with a readable pumping portfolio.

Our positioning applies to the selected range. The documented differences above explain the choice.

    Documented product development

The manufacturer timeline separates the early inverter business from later company and product developments.

    Hydraulic performance tables

The pump catalog provides curves by configuration, instead of one performance number for the whole brand.

A usable duty point, not two maxima

The catalog’s paired flow-and-head values give a useful engineering basis. We match them to drawdown and pipe losses before choosing the motor and solar drive; maximum head and maximum flow are not one operating point.

Published characteristics are useful evidence, not a promise of trouble-free operation or fast local warranty handling. Newer models do not inherit decades of field history from the company’s age.

    05 / Warranty & buyer questions

    Warranty coverage

The exact reference, market and supplied terms govern coverage. A datasheet or compliance certificate is not itself a warranty.

    Exact assembly and supplied terms

Pump, motor and control equipment have their own identities. Retain the terms for the actual assembly without assuming one period for the whole system.

    Product cover and system performance

Manufacturer product cover concerns qualifying defects in the supplied equipment. It does not establish the complete installation’s performance, an energy-yield guarantee or a fixed local claim-response time.

    Questions before you buy

No such promise is made. Our listed assemblies have AC motors; solar conversion and control are separate system functions.

No. The format and operating curve must match the intended duty.

Stage count and motor configurations vary. The detailed product page keeps those options and their documents together.
