    Dyness S51100 STACK100 5.12 kWh High-Voltage Battery Module

    Exact reference · S51100

Five kilowatt-hours of modular LiFePO4 storage for a controlled Dyness STACK100 high-voltage cluster.

    Module energy
    5.12 kWh nominal · 4.864 kWh usable

Complete cluster energy depends on using three to fifteen modules under Dyness test conditions.

    Module electrical rating
    51.2 V · 100 Ah

This is one series module inside a high-voltage stack, not a standalone 48 V battery.

    Current limits
    50 A recommended · 100 A continuous

The published 125 A peak applies for two minutes at 25°C.

    Required architecture
    3–15 S51100 + SBDU100

The module cannot operate or connect to an inverter independently.

    Installation boundary
    IP20 · indoor

Use a clean, supported and environmentally suitable indoor location.

Do not select this module from 5.12 kWh, 51.2 V or STACK100 branding alone. Confirm the 3–15-module series stack, SBDU100, base architecture, inverter protocol and firmware, current limits, indoor environment and commissioning records.

    01 · Product role

What this product does in the system.

The S51100 is the cell-containing storage module in a Dyness STACK100 cluster. Three to fifteen modules connect in series through their documented composite interfaces and operate behind the mandatory SBDU100 controller and a separately validated high-voltage inverter.

    Relevant applications

    • Indoor commercial high-voltage storage systems
    • STACK100 clusters requiring 3–15 S51100 modules
    • Projects retaining exact inverter, module, controller and commissioning records

    Why ReneWave may shortlist it

    • Adds 5.12 kWh nominal energy per documented STACK100 module.
    • Uses LiFePO4 cells and a cable-free stacking interface.
    • Supports a controlled 15.36–76.8 kWh cluster behind SBDU100.

    Built-in capabilities

Four functions, read before the headline specifications.

    Stores 5.12 kWh nominal energy

One S51100 contributes 4.864 kWh usable energy under Dyness test conditions.

A complete STACK100 cluster requires three to fifteen modules.

    Contains LiFePO4 cells

    Sixteen 3.2 V / 100 Ah cells form the documented 51.2 V module.

The SBDU100, not this module, provides cluster control and inverter communication.

    Uses cable-free series stacking

Male and female composite interfaces connect modules within the reviewed stack.

Base arrangement and locating features must follow the installation manual.

    Adds integrated fire protection

The current STACK100 record specifies a built-in aerosol fire extinguisher.

Room-level fire protection and installation requirements remain separate.

    System position

Where this battery module sits in a STACK100 storage system.

Three to fifteen S51100 modules store energy behind the required SBDU100 and a compatible high-voltage inverter. One module cannot connect to AC loads or operate independently. Physical equipment: the required standard or documented expansion base is separate from an S51100 module and does not act as an electrical-flow node.

PV supplies protected site loads through the compatible inverter while the STACK100 cluster remains idle.

PV and utility sources connect through a separately selected compatible high-voltage inverter and protected AC distribution. Three to fifteen S51100 modules charge and discharge through the mandatory SBDU100. The physical base is separate equipment. No direct PV-to-module, module-to-AC-load, standalone backup or grid-export path is shown.
