    MUST PV1900 EXP 10 kW Single-Phase Off-Grid Solar Inverter/Charger

    Exact reference · PV19-10048 EXP

A 10 kW pure-sine off-grid inverter/charger with two MPPTs, a 48 V battery interface and one AC input assigned to utility or generator.

    AC output
    10,000 W / 10,000 VA · 20,000 W surge

The manufacturer does not publish a surge duration in the retained records.

    PV architecture
    2 MPPTs · 5,000 W × 2

Each string group must independently satisfy its tracker limits.

    PV voltage
    90–450 V MPPT · 500 V maximum Voc

Parallel operation reduces these boundaries to 90–430 V and 450 V maximum Voc.

    PV current
    27 A × 2 · additional 40 A max qualifier

MUST does not identify the 40 A qualifier as short-circuit current, so ReneWave does not relabel it.

    Charging boundary
    150 A solar · 150 A AC · 150 A combined

The two charger ratings are alternative contributors to one combined 150 A limit, not 300 A.

Do not select this inverter from 10 kW or 48 V alone. Confirm both PV string groups, battery current capability, chemistry or BMS protocol, AC-source arrangement, main and managed-load demand, protection, conductors and parallel configuration.

    01 · Product role

What this product does in the system.

The PV19-10048 EXP accepts two designed PV groups and converts available DC energy into 230 V single-phase AC. It can charge a separately selected 48 V battery from solar or from the one configured AC source. Utility and generator are alternative uses of the same input and are never represented simultaneously.

    Relevant applications

    • Single-phase off-grid solar systems
    • Battery-backed managed-load systems
    • Sites with one commissioned utility or generator charging source

    Why ReneWave may shortlist it

    • Two independent 5 kW PV groups support deliberately separated string designs.
    • Integrated solar and AC charging coordinate a verified 48 V battery system.
    • Main and managed secondary outputs support configured load priorities.

    Built-in capabilities

Four functions, read before the headline specifications.

    Pure-sine single-phase conversion

Converts PV and battery DC into 230 V AC for configured loads.

    Rated output is 10,000 W / 10,000 VA with 20,000 W published surge.

    Two independent PV trackers

Two 5 kW PV groups are tracked separately.

Each MPPT is published at 27 A with an additional 40 A maximum qualifier.

    Integrated 48 V charging

Solar or the selected AC source can charge the battery within one combined boundary.

Solar, AC and combined maximum charging are each 150 A.

    Main and managed outputs

A secondary output can be conditionally enabled according to commissioned settings.

Transfer settings are 10 ms in UPS/VDE mode and 20 ms in APL mode.

    Inside the energy system

    One inverter. Different energy paths.

Solar conversion inside the inverter. Storage, external protection and configured load circuits remain separate.

Both PV groups feed the integrated MPPTs and inverter, which supplies the main and conditionally enabled secondary output.

Utility and generator are mutually exclusive sources for one AC input. The diagram never activates them together. Battery, switching between sources and external protection remain separate equipment.

Two PV groups feed two integrated MPPTs. The off-grid inverter supplies main and managed outputs and exchanges energy with a separate 48 V battery. Utility or generator may feed the same exclusive AC input, never simultaneously. There is no grid export or direct PV-to-battery bypass. Read the technical explanation

    Dual-MPPT off-grid conversion and charging for a deliberately designed 48 V system.

The PV19-10048 EXP combines two PV trackers, a pure-sine inverter, battery charging and main/managed load outputs. The battery, external protection and the selected utility or generator source remain separate. It is not the similarly named PH19 on/off-grid model, a TLV reference or EXP II.

    Source conflict resolved

The current February 2026 catalog and T1.3 manual both publish 92% peak inverter efficiency. ReneWave does not use the conflicting 98% web-table value.
