Not included by default
Selling a piece of equipment or installing a system does not automatically create a contract for preventive maintenance, corrective work, cleaning, advanced monitoring or on-call cover.
Any maintenance included must be stated in the quote, contract, invoice or a separate maintenance offer.
Preventive maintenance
Preventive maintenance aims to reduce the risk of failure, document the system’s condition and keep a maintenance record useful for support and warranties.
It may include, per the quote, a visual inspection, a review of accessible connections, a check of the protections, the apparent condition of the modules, a monitoring review, a report and recommendations.
Maintenance reduces risks and documents the system’s condition; it does not remove all risk of failure.
Limits and exclusions
- Replacement of parts not provided for.
- Heavy corrective work.
- Special access, lifting or reinforced safety not provided for.
Cleaning and routine upkeep
Professional cleaning may be offered as a separate service or combined with a visit, per the quote. The methods must avoid chemicals, solvents, aggressive cleaning or high pressure that could damage the panels.
The client remains responsible for routine upkeep not entrusted to ReneWave and must avoid any method likely to damage the equipment or void a warranty.
Corrective work, diagnosis and parts
An out-of-warranty or out-of-contract diagnosis may be billed. It aims to identify the likely cause and point to an adjustment, repair, replacement, manufacturer file or upkeep recommendation.
Parts, consumables, additional work, extra visits and interventions linked to external causes are subject to a separate quote or agreement.
Older, unknown or modified systems
ReneWave may request an audit or an onboarding visit before accepting the maintenance of an older, undocumented, modified system, or one not installed by ReneWave.
Equipment with critical defects, advanced wear, a safety risk or no documentation may be excluded, accepted with reservations or handled through an upgrade quote.
Equipment bought directly by the client from another seller and installed outside ReneWave may require this onboarding visit before any maintenance. It does not acquire a ReneWave seller warranty or ReneWave installation warranty; any rights against the original seller and any manufacturer commercial warranty remain governed by the applicable purchase and warranty documents.
ReneWcare Max B2B
ReneWcare Max is mainly a professional B2B offer for establishments, tertiary sites or larger technical installations. It may include inventory, technical history, reports, preventive maintenance, corrective logic and warranty follow-up per the signed contract.
Your signed B2B contract identifies the equipment inventory, included visits, service levels, reporting, corrective-work arrangements and prices. Services outside that agreed scope require a separate agreement.
