General information, not a final validation
The site’s content presents ReneWave’s services, solar or electrical equipment, educational guides, project-preparation resources and after-sales information.
Guides, simulations and AI-advisor answers provide preliminary information, not a final site design or authorisation to install. Product specifications and advice actually supplied by ReneWave remain subject to its applicable responsibilities. A binding project scope is confirmed through the accepted offer.
Simulators, guides and AI advisor
The simulators and guides use general assumptions. They cannot capture every site constraint: roof, grid, shading, protections, storage, consumption habits, electrical condition or access limits.
Automated answers should be read as guidance. ReneWave may correct, complete or decline a recommendation if a human review shows an incompatibility or a risk.
Limits and exclusions
- Validation of annual or monthly production.
- A commitment on return on investment or fixed savings.
- A guarantee that a piece of equipment is compatible with an unverified installation.
- Validation of an installation carried out by a third party.
Permitted use
- Browse the pages to understand a solution, prepare a request or compare options.
- Send accurate information in the forms, carts, quote requests or after-sales requests.
- Share a public link to a ReneWave page without copying or modifying its content.
- Download the documents made available where the use is personal, client- or project-related and non-competing.
Prohibited use
These few limits protect our clients as much as our work. They target abusive uses, not normal browsing of the site:
- Automated extraction, mass scraping, systematic copying or commercial reproduction of the content.
- Attempted unauthorised access, disruption of the site, security bypass or injection of malicious content.
- Impersonation, knowingly false information or requests designed to mislead support.
- Reusing ReneWave structures, matrices, guides, visuals or texts to create a competing offer without written authorisation.
Information submitted by the user
The visitor is responsible for the accuracy of the information submitted. An inaccurate bill, photo, declared power rating, address, electrical configuration or site constraint can distort the analysis.
ReneWave may ask for additional details before answering, decline an incomplete request, or redirect to a technical visit when the situation cannot be assessed remotely.
Example
A client states the roof is usable, but the photos show shaded areas and an unsafe access.
The site’s answer is not a validation: ReneWave may require a visit or adjust the quote.
Example
A cart contains an inverter and a battery without compatibility information.
The request remains a quote request; ReneWave must confirm compatibility before any order.
